Customer Returns
ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED IN STORE.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items for an exchange or credit.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a completed returns form.
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so BLKWD will cover all costs for postage. Just contact online@blkwd.com.au and will offer assistance.
- You are entitled to choose an exchange, repair, refund, or credit according to the Consumer Guarantees Act if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, descriptions, are unsafe or faulty.
- If no notice is given within 30 days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
- It does not constitute a defect if, in our reasonable opinion, a product has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.
- Returns take up to 5-7 business days to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
